This direct-to-consumer model allows us to maintain strict quality control while offering exceptional value.
1. Order Processing & Shipping Fees
Every order undergoes a quality inspection before shipment to ensure it meets our standards.
Processing Time: 1–3 business days.
Shipping Fees:
Standard Shipping: A flat-rate fee of $5.99 applies to orders below the free shipping threshold.
Free Shipping: We offer Complimentary Standard Shipping on all orders over $45.98.
Note: During peak seasons (holidays or major promotions), processing may take up to 5 business days.
2. Estimated Delivery Times
As our products ship from specialized global partner facilities, delivery times vary by destination:
United States: 8–15 Business Days Canada / UK / Australia: 11–16 Business Days Rest of World: 13–18 Business Days Quality home aesthetics are worth the wait, and we appreciate your patience.
3. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your package directly on our website or via 17Track.
Tracking Updates: Please allow 1–3 business days for the carrier to update tracking information after the label is created.
4. Customs, Duties & Taxes
For international orders, shipments are sent DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid).
Any customs duties, import taxes, or local fees are the responsibility of the customer. Farmsteadpottery is not responsible for delays caused by local customs clearance processes.
5. Order Changes & Cancellations
We process orders quickly to ensure timely delivery. If you need to modify your shipping address or cancel an order, please contact us at support@farmsteadpottery.com within 12 hours of placement. Once processing has begun, we cannot modify or cancel the shipment.
6. Lost or Damaged Packages
Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged, please email us clear photos within 72 hours of delivery. We will arrange a free replacement promptly. Lost or Stolen Packages: Farmsteadpottery (operated by A&R Autoworks LLC) is not liable for packages confirmed as "Delivered" by the carrier.
